Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive NBA reporting and measurement across programs, partnering with data science, analytics, and development teams to translate requirements into shipped, trusted dashboards.

You will own backlog items, oversee epics and user stories, participate in agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment with business KPIs while delivering high-quality reporting, analytics, and insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, CS, IT, or related field.
3–6+ years of product management or product owner experience with delivery of reporting or analytics.
Ability to translate needs into clear requirements and ship backlog items with acceptance criteria.
Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, measurement concepts, and data-driven decision making.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication with data science, analytics, and business teams.
Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and PI Planning.

Responsibilities

Translate measurement and reporting needs into clear epics and user stories for development teams.
Drive delivery of new reporting requirements and manage the backlog by business impact.
Participate in agile ceremonies, reviews, demos, and retrospectives to unblock issues.
Validate reporting against acceptance criteria and surface actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate with data science, analytics, IT, and marketing to align on requirements and delivery plans.
