• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 5–9+ years of product management including measurement or analytics in a complex, regulated environment (Healthcare, Financial Services, or comparable).
• Product Ownership: End-to-end lifecycle—strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Influence without authority; build relationships across data science and business teams.
• Product Delivery Proficiency: Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and modern tooling like ADO/Jira Align.
• Technical Fluency & Finance: Translate technical concepts for stakeholders; connect measurement to financial outcomes.
• Communication: Strong ability to articulate measurement strategies and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement strategy and KPI framework for NBA, translating goals into unified approach.
• Define reporting capabilities; partner with data science, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of NBA reporting; manage backlog and prioritization.
• Align with Marketing, Digital, CCC, IT, and insurance orgs to ensure cross-functional buy-in.
• Ensure trust and accuracy in reports; establish clear definitions for all audiences.
