Job summary
Humana seeks a Lead Product Manager to own measurement and reporting for Next Best Action (NBA). You will define a unified measurement strategy, KPI framework, and reporting capability spanning business outcomes, model performance, and operational metrics.
You'll collaborate with data science, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, decision-ready dashboards and reports, guiding the product portfolio lifecycle from vision to delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, CS, IT or related field.
- 5–9+ years of product management, including ownership of analytics or analytics capability.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle—strategy, roadmap, delivery, and value measurement.
- Knowledge of KPIs/OKRs and measurement concepts; able to translate data into decisions.
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, or regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Define measurement strategy and KPI framework for NBA.
- Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end delivery of NBA reporting capabilities.
- Establish reporting backlogs and validate dashboards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers.
