Humana, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of the measurement and reporting product for Next Best Action (NBA).

This role defines how the enterprise measures NBA effectiveness, establishes a unified KPI framework, and builds reporting across business outcomes and operational metrics. You will partner with data science, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, decision-ready reporting and help mature Humana’s product

Qualificações

• Education and experience aligned to marketing, product management, or analytics.
• Experience managing measurement or analytics in regulated environments (Healthcare, Financial Services).
• Ability to own end-to-end product lifecycle—strategy to delivery and value measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate a unified NBA measurement strategy and KPI framework.
• Own end-to-end NBA reporting capabilities from requirements to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional and data-science partnerships for model performance metrics.
• Prioritize backlog and ensure clear acceptance criteria for dashboards.
• Guide PI Planning and align with stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and trust in reporting for multiple audiences.
