Humana, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the measurement and reporting product for Next Best Action (NBA).

You will define the enterprise measurement strategy, KPI framework, and reporting across business outcomes, model performance, and operational metrics. You will partner with data science, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, decision-ready reporting and mature the product operating model through a unified measurement language across

Qualifications

• Education and experience leading product management, measurement, or analytics in regulated environments.
• Ability to own product lifecycle from strategy to delivery and value measurement.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs/OKRs and how to translate data into decisions.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate a unified measurement strategy and KPI framework for NBA.
• Lead cross-functional data science and analytics teams on model performance metrics and reporting.
• Own end-to-end delivery of NBA reporting capabilities, from requirements to launch.
