Job summary

Humana is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of the measurement and reporting product for Next Best Action (NBA). You will define the enterprise measurement framework and partner with data science, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted reporting.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will lead the KPI framework, establish success metrics, and manage the end-to-end delivery from requirements to launch.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 5–9+ years of product management experience in a complex, regulated environment (Healthcare, Financial Services, or comparable).
• Product Ownership: Own the product lifecycle end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.
• Measurement & Critical Evaluation: Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement concepts; translate data into decisions.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Influence without authority, build relationships across teams, and align multiple teams around objectives.
• Product Delivery Proficiency: Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, Agile; familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira Align.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a unified NBA measurement strategy and roadmap for NBA, aligning multi-year goals with stakeholder questions.
• Establish a KPI framework distinguishing business KPIs, NBA effectiveness, model performance, and operational metrics.
• Own cross-functional measurement relationships, advising on model performance metrics and reporting roll-up.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of NBA reporting, planning, prioritizing, and launching features.
• Create well-defined product requirements and acceptance criteria for reports and dashboards.
• Mentor junior product managers and promote a data-driven, accountable culture.
