Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management experience in a regulated environment (Healthcare/Financial Services).
• Ability to own the product lifecycle end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, delivery, value measurement.
• Knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement concepts; translate data into decisions.
• Influence across data science and business teams and align multiple teams around objectives.
• Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, PI Planning, and defining measurable metrics.
