Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the measurement and reporting strategy for Next Best Action (NBA).

You will define the unified KPI framework, connect business outcomes to model performance, and deliver trusted reporting across analytics, engineering, and marketing teams. You'll partner with data science and stakeholders to translate questions into actionable measurement plans, drive end-to-end reporting delivery, and mature the product operating model with clear success

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5–9+ years of product management, measurement, or analytics experience.
Ability to own the product lifecycle end-to-end.
Strong KPI/OKR knowledge and data-driven decision making.
Influence without authority across data science and business teams.

Responsibilities

Own NBA measurement strategy, KPI framework, and reporting backlog.
Lead cross-functional teams to translate business questions into measurement plans.
Define reporting requirements, validate dashboards, and ensure accuracy.
Guide PI Planning, agile execution, and governance of measurement outcomes.
