Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Provider Direct Connect to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery of provider connectivity solutions.

You will partner with providers, technology teams, operations, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for scalable integration across the enterprise. The role requires SAFe expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record of delivering complex integration products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Tech, Provider Solutions, or related.
• Experience developing product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and executing products from concept through delivery.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions.
• Experience working with integration-based products, platforms, APIs, or digital connectivity solutions.
• Experience defining success metrics and leveraging data to drive prioritization and product decisions.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Provider Direct Connect capabilities.
• Champion backlog refinement and prioritization aligned to customer value and scalability.
• Develop scalable, standardized integration solutions for enterprise growth.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with providers, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate incident resolution and ensure maintenance and follow-through to minimize disruption.
