Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Provider Solutions, Integration Management, Digital Products, or related experience.
• Experience developing product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and executing products from concept through delivery.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with integration-based products, platforms, APIs, or digital connectivity solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Provider Direct Connect capabilities.
• Champion backlog refinement and prioritization practices for customer value and scalability.
• Develop scalable integration solutions to support enterprise growth and provider engagement.
• Partner with providers and internal stakeholders to identify business needs and pain points.
• Build relationships with providers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional incident resolution and maintain provider relationships during disruptions.
• Define integration standards and long-term platform capabilities with tech teams.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements and prioritized investments.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution.
• Support onboarding, adoption, and provider satisfaction with implementation and CS teams.
• Establish success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide decisions.
• Communicate roadmaps, risks, and value to senior leadership.
