You will drive scalable solutions, partner with providers and internal teams, and prioritize investments to improve provider experiences and information exchange. The role requires 8+ years in product management or healthcare tech, expertise in SAFe, APIs, and a strong ability to translate needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in product management, healthcare technology, or related.
• Experience delivering provider connectivity and API-based solutions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Strong communication to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Provider Direct Connect capabilities.
• Champion backlog refinement and prioritization to align investments with customer value and scalability.
• Develop scalable integration solutions supporting enterprise growth and provider engagement.
• Build relationships with providers, vendors, and cross-functional partners to drive outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve incidents affecting provider operations promptly.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized investments.
• Establish success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide decisions.
• Communicate roadmap priorities and value to senior leadership.
