Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Provider Direct Connect to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of provider connectivity solutions.

You will partner with provider organizations, technology teams, and operations to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable integration capabilities that improve provider experiences. You will drive the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, champion backlog practices, define metrics, and communicate outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Provider Solutions, Integration Management, Digital Products, or related experience.
• Experience developing product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and executing products from concept through delivery.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders.
• Experience with integration-based products, platforms, APIs, or digital connectivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Provider Direct Connect capabilities.
• Champion backlog refinement and prioritization aligned to customer value and scalability.
• Develop scalable integration solutions to support enterprise growth and provider engagement.
• Partner with providers and internal stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with providers, vendors, and cross-functional partners to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology and operations to define integration standards and platform capabilities.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and prioritized investments.
• Communicate roadmap priorities, outcomes, risks, and business value to senior leadership.
