• Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with integration-based products, platforms, and APIs.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and influencing at senior levels.
• Excellent communication across leadership layers.
• Experience using data to drive prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Provider Direct Connect capabilities.
• Champion backlog refinement and prioritization to align with customer value and business outcomes.
• Develop scalable, standardized integration solutions for enterprise growth.
• Partner with providers and internal stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities.
• Build relationships with providers, vendors, and cross-functional partners for outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve incidents impacting provider operations.
• Collaborate to define integration standards and long-term platform capabilities.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution.
• Support onboarding and adoption with implementation and customer success teams.
• Establish success metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
• Communicate roadmap priorities and risks to senior leadership.
