Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Provider Direct Connect to drive strategy and delivery of provider connectivity solutions.

You will shape the vision, build the roadmap, and partner with providers, technology, and operations to enable scalable integration. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, advocate for customer value, and translate complex requirements into actionable plans while advancing Humana's provider connectivity strategy across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years in Product Management or related healthcare tech roles.
Experience developing product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and delivery.
Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives.
Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication.

Responsibilities

Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Provider Direct Connect.
Refine backlog and prioritize investments by customer value and scalability.
Develop scalable integration solutions with providers and internal teams.
Collaborate with technology and operations to establish integration standards.
Translate needs into actionable product requirements and prioritize investments.
