Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, or related areas.
• Experience building strategy, roadmaps, and delivering products end-to-end.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives across business, ops, tech, and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence decisions.
• Experience with integration-based products, platforms, APIs, or digital connectivity.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Provider Direct Connect capabilities.
• Champion backlog refinement and prioritization practices that ensure investments are aligned to customer value, business outcomes, and technical scalability.
• Develop scalable and standardized integration solutions that support enterprise growth and improve provider engagement.
• Partner with provider organizations and internal stakeholders to identify business needs, opportunities, and pain points.
• Build strong relationships with providers, vendors, and cross-functional partners to drive successful product outcomes.
• Advocate for the timely resolution of incident tickets impacting provider operations by coordinating cross-functional collaboration, driving prompt issue resolution, and ensuring appropriate maintenance, support, and follow-through are in place to minimize disruption and maintain provider relationships
• Collaborate with technology, architecture, and operational teams to define integration standards and long-term platform capabilities.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and prioritized investments.
• Balance short-term delivery objectives with long-term strategic goals and platform evolution.
• Partner with implementation and customer success teams to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing provider satisfaction.
• Establish success metrics and utilize data-driven insights to measure performance and inform product decisions.
• Communicate roadmap priorities, outcomes, risks, and business value to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance provider experiences and reduce administrative complexity.
• Ensure solutions are designed with a focus on scalability, standardization, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
