Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
8+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Provider Solutions, Integration Management, or related field.
Experience delivering strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution.
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across matrixed orgs.
Experience with integration-based products, platforms, APIs, or data exchange solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leaders.
Experience with SAFe and software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Provider Direct Connect.
Refine backlog and prioritize to maximize customer value and scalability.
Develop scalable integration solutions for enterprise growth.
Collaborate with providers and internal teams to identify needs and opportunities.
Establish success metrics and use data to guide decisions.
Communicate roadmap priorities and risks to senior leadership.
Drive standardization and long-term platform evolution.
Support onboarding and provider satisfaction with implementation teams.
