Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the measurement and reporting strategy for the Next Best Action (NBA) product.

You will define a unified measurement framework, KPI structure, and reporting capabilities spanning business outcomes, model performance, and operational metrics. Collaborating with data science, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders, you will drive vision, roadmap, and value measurement, maturing the product operating model and ensuring clear

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 5–9+ years of product management experience in a regulated environment (Healthcare/Financial Services).
• Product Ownership: End-to-end lifecycle ownership—strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate a compelling measurement strategy and roadmap for NBA, translating goals into a unified approach.
• Establish KPI and metric frameworks linking decisions to outcomes across business, model performance, and operations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of NBA reporting—planning, prioritizing, and executing features from requirements to launch.
