Job summary

Humana, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of the measurement and reporting product for Next Best Action (NBA).

You will translate business questions into a unified measurement approach and partner with data science, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, decision-ready reporting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define the KPI framework, manage the backlog, and drive end-to-end delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, CS, IT, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management with ownership of a product, measurement, or analytics.
• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.
• Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement concepts.
• Ability to influence across data science and business teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, PI Planning.
• Awareness of Azure DevOps and Jira Align.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a measurement strategy and roadmap for NBA.
• Establish KPI framework linking business KPIs, model performance, and ops metrics.
• Partner with data science, analytics, and engineering teams for metrics alignment.
• Own end-to-end reporting delivery from requirements to launch.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain backlog based on value and priorities.
