Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 5–9+ years of product management experience in a complex, regulated environment (Healthcare, Financial Services, or comparable).
• Product Ownership: End-to-end product lifecycle ownership including strategy, roadmap, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.
• Measurement & Evaluation: Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement concepts.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to influence without authority and align multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate a compelling measurement strategy and roadmap for NBA.
• Establish a KPI and metric framework linking business outcomes, model performance, and operations.
• Own measurement relationships across cross-functional and cross-data science teams.
• Partner with data science and analytics to align on model performance metrics and reporting.
• Own end-to-end delivery of NBA reporting capabilities from requirements to launch.
• Create product requirements and acceptance criteria for reports and dashboards.
• Guide PI Planning and agile execution with teams; adjust priorities as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and trust in reporting for all audiences.
