This role defines the enterprise measurement strategy, KPI framework, and reporting capabilities spanning business outcomes and model performance. You will collaborate with data science, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, decision-ready reporting and mature the product operating model across departments.

Qualifications

• Education aligned to marketing, business, or tech fields.
• Experience leading product management, measurement, or analytics in regulated environments.
• Ability to own product lifecycle end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of KPIs/OKRs and measurement concepts.
• Ability to translate data into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a unified measurement strategy and roadmap for NBA.
• Own KPI and metric framework tying business outcomes to decisions.
• Lead cross-functional data science and analytics teams on model performance metrics.
• Deliver end-to-end NBA reporting capabilities from requirements to launch.
• Establish and maintain measurement backlogs and acceptance criteria.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers.
