Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the measurement and reporting strategy for Next Best Action (NBA). You will partner with data science, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver unified measurement and trusted decision-ready reporting.

Responsibilities include defining KPI frameworks, leading cross-functional teams, delivering end-to-end reporting, and maintaining a robust measurement discipline that informs strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management experience with measurement/analytics in regulated environments.
• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.
• Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of NBA reporting capabilities from requirements to launch.
• Define and maintain measurement and reporting backlog based on value and priority.
• Create clear product requirements and acceptance criteria for dashboards and reports.
• Guide planning and execution, aligning agile teams to priorities and constraints.
• Ensure metrics are accurate, consistent, and trusted for decision-making.
