Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the measurement strategy and delivery for Next Best Action (NBA). You will partner with data science, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, decision-ready reporting.

You will establish a unified measurement language across teams, define success metrics, and guide the product portfolio through vision, strategy, and value delivery, helping mature Humana’s product operating model.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, CS or IT or related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management experience with ownership of a product, measurement, or analytics capability.
• Proven ability to own the product lifecycle end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.
• Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement concepts; ability to translate data into decisions.
• Cross-functional leadership to align data science, business teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, PI Planning, and measurable success metrics.
• Technical fluency to translate concepts for non-technical stakeholders; familiarity with SDLC and Agile methods.
• Financial acumen to build business cases and connect measurement work to financial outcomes.
• Proficiency with Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile; working knowledge of ADO and Jira Align.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a unified measurement strategy and roadmap for NBA.
• Establish KPI framework distinguishing business KPIs, model performance, and operations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of NBA reporting capabilities from requirements to launch.
• Lead cross-functional and data science teams; align model performance metrics to reporting.
• Develop product analytics to measure adoption and business outcomes; provide actionable insights.
