Qualifications

• 5–9+ years of product management experience in a regulated environment (Healthcare, Financial Services, or comparable).
• Proven ability to own the product lifecycle end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.
• Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement concepts; translate data into decisions.
• Experience influencing without authority and aligning multiple teams around shared objectives.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, PI Planning, and defining measurable success metrics.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate a compelling measurement strategy and roadmap for NBA, translating business goals into an outcome-driven approach.
• Establish KPI and metric frameworks distinguishing business KPIs, model performance, and operational metrics.
• Own cross-functional measurement relationships and coordinate with data science, analytics, marketing, IT, and insurance groups.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of NBA reporting capabilities from requirements to launch, including backlog prioritization and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure trust in reporting by validating metrics and maintaining clarity for all audiences.
