Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the consumer’s first service experience across LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and Home Gnome. You will design from first principles, build with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and data, and ship AI-native signup experiences that reduce steps and improve conversion.

The role emphasizes customer-obsessed leadership, prototype-driven validation with real customers, and shipping meaningful parts of the experience to users in the near term.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience focused on consumer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing product experiences and using data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the reimagined first service experience from signup to first service across three LawnStarter brands.
• Define the vision and plan to reach the reimagined experience and ship parts to real customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and data to implement the new experience.
