Responsibilities

• Own the first service experience from signup to first booking across LawnStarter brands.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and data to ship the experience.
• Define the vision and plan to reimagine the first service experience.
• Track funnel data to improve signup, pricing, scheduling, and payments.
