Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supervisor, Access and Patient Support to oversee a remote team handling customer service, enrollment and reimbursement tasks for pharmacy benefit coverage. You will coach staff and develop SOPs while monitoring performance metrics.

In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate with internal partners, ensure HIPAA compliance, manage Workday tasks and drive timely, accurate patient support across national accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership in a call center or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead remote employees.
• Prioritize multiple assignments with urgency.
• Highly organized with time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for inbound/outbound patient access support.
• Maintain development and training goals for remote team.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Review program metrics and report results to leadership.
• Manage workflow to ensure efficient customer service.
• Test and approve program changes including tech updates.
• Conduct 1:1s and coach team members.
• Handle Workday tasks: approvals, time off.
• Ensure compliance with laws and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily contact with clients/3rd parties.
• Other duties as assigned.
