Cardinal Health’s Sonexus Access and Patient Support seeks a Supervisor to oversee an inbound/outbound patient access support team, handling enrollment, reimbursement and benefit investigations for pharmacy coverage in a fully remote setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, development of SOPs, performance metrics and regular coaching, with responsibility for Workday tasks and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years in a leadership role within a call center or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with urgency and maintain organization.
• Ability to lead and engage remote employees.
• Shift flexibility for early/later shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an inbound and outbound patient access support team.
• Maintain development/training goals for team in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions and program metrics.
• Review program metrics regularly and report results to leadership.
• Manage workflow to ensure efficient customer service and monitor KPIs.
• Test/approve program changes related to technology and business rules.
• Provide coaching and development feedback in regular 1x1 sessions.
• Manage Workday tasks including approvals, timecards, and PTO.
• Ensure compliance with laws and HIPAA plans.
