Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supervisor for Access and Patient Support to oversee a remote team delivering enrollment, reimbursement and prior authorization support. You will manage operations, drive KPIs, and partner with leadership to implement program changes.

You will coach remote staff, develop SOPs, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements while guiding daily workflow and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years proven leadership experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments with urgency.
