Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supervisor, Access and Patient Support to oversee a remote team delivering customer service, enrollment and reimbursement activities for pharmacy benefits, including prior authorizations and copay enrollment.

You will develop SOPs, monitor program metrics, coach staff, and partner with internal teams to resolve complex issues. This full-time role offers CST working hours with a salary range of $65,500–$93,550 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a call center or customer-service team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coach staff remotely.
• Familiarity with SOP development and program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations for an inbound and outbound patient access support team.
• Develops and maintains SOPs and work instructions for the program.
• Monitors KPIs such as abandonment rate, Service Level, and First Call Resolution.
• Coaches team members and conducts regular performance reviews.
• Collaborates with internal partners to resolve complex program issues.
