Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support is seeking a Supervisor, Access and Patient Support to oversee program staff performing customer service, enrollment and reimbursement activities for pharmacy benefit coverage. This remote, full-time role requires building SOPs, coaching staff, and driving KPIs.

The position emphasizes leadership of a remote team, development of training, and collaboration with internal partners to resolve complex program issues while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years in a leadership role within a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience developing SOPs, training plans and metrics.
• Ability to coach for performance and provide feedback.
• Flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an inbound/outbound patient access team.
• Maintain development and training goals in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and program instructions with metrics.
• Review program metrics and report results to leadership.
• Manage workflow and monitor KPIs like call metrics and FCR.
• Test and approve program changes including tech and business rules.
• Conduct regular 1x1s and provide coaching and feedback.
• Handle Workday tasks including timecards and PTO approvals.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and collaborate on complex issues.
