Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Management Liability Practice Leader to develop IOA's national practice, drive complex account strategies, and support the firm’s Private Equity and market campaigns.

The role serves as IOA’s national subject matter expert, partnering with Producers, Account Managers, and leadership to deliver innovative coverage solutions, risk management guidance, and market expertise that support client success.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience as an underwriter, broker, or producer.
• Deep expertise in D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, and related executive risk coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proven consultative, client advisory, and business development experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and insurance technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IOA’s Management Liability practice strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites and market conditions to identify optimal solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on management liability coverages for clients.
• Deliver coverage recommendations through market navigation and analysis.
• Design risk management strategies that differentiate IOA in the marketplace.
• Partner with IOA’s Data team to develop analytics and benchmarking tools.
• Oversee content and thought leadership across digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with Producers and Account Teams on business development opportunities.
• Participate in select client meetings as a subject matter expert.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and market trends.
