Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a remote Customer Service & Lead Intake Specialist for a full-time role. You will be the first contact for customers, handling inbound calls, answering questions about flooring products, and gathering lead information.

You will enter data into the company system, qualify opportunities, and route to the appropriate team. Strong English and customer-facing experience are essential, with a preference for flooring or home-improvement knowledge.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service or lead intake roles.
Excellent spoken English and professional phone presence.
Ability to qualify leads and capture accurate information.
Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
Reliable internet and quiet workspace during US Pacific hours.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective and existing customers professionally and courteously.
Answer basic questions about flooring products, services, and processes.
Gather and qualify lead information, including customer needs and timelines.
Accurately enter and maintain customer and lead information in the system.
