Inside Out Hiring is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote LATAM position with a fencing provider. You will manage inbound scheduling, live intake, and real-time coordination with outside sales across multiple software platforms.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, fluent in English, and capable of delivering a warm, accurate customer experience while handling high call volumes. Start ASAP, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound lead management and scheduling.
• Coordinate calendars for outside sales in real time.
• Engage past leads to uncover new opportunities and drive conversions.
• Monitor team inboxes and keep sales reps updated on activity.
• Collect and enter customer information accurately across systems.
• Navigate 4–5 software platforms concurrently (CRM, calendars, forms).
• Provide real-time problem solving to keep operations moving.
• Offer feedback to improve scripts and customer engagement.
