Job summary

HireHawk is seeking an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients in a fully remote role. You will manage inbound leads, guide callers through the intake process with confidence and empathy, and collect accident and case details.

Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates worldwide, with a focus on high-volume conversion and timely follow-up to ensure client experience from first contact through signing.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in inbound sales, intake, or high-volume phone-based conversion roles.
• Strong persuasion, rapport-building and questioning skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the prospective client’s first interaction with the firm and create a professional, reassuring first impression.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and leads in English (and Spanish when needed).
• Ask thoughtful, structured questions to gather accident, injury, treatment, and case information.
• Build trust with prospects facing sensitive legal situations and explain intake steps clearly.
• Convert qualified leads into signed clients and complete intake documentation accurately.
• Follow up promptly with prospects who need more time or information before signing.
