Harte Hanks is seeking an Inbound Lead Development Representative for a 100% remote position in the United States. You will respond to customer inquiries via call, chat, and email, qualifying leads and guiding them through initial steps with empathy and accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience, bilingual English/French, excellent typing speed, and the ability to manage multiple windows and CRM systems while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States or have eligibility to work in the US.
• Excellent written and verbal English; bilingual English/French (Quebecois) preferred.
• Strong customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately and navigate multiple windows.
• Experience with CRM systems and handling high-volume chat/call workloads.

Responsibilities

• Handle client customer service and technical support inquiries via phone, chat, and email in multiple languages
• Ask probing questions and use critical thinking to determine next steps with empathy and patience
• Document inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions; route to appropriate queue
• Follow proper escalation procedures and maintain professional communication
