Job summary

Trinet Group is seeking a Lead Insurance Operations Associate to oversee the insurance department and serve high-net-worth clients remotely. The role requires extensive underwriting experience, licensing, and strong compliance focus.

You will lead the team, review applications from entry to policy delivery, coordinate data for underwriting, and maintain client files while delivering meticulous service and accurate operations across the wealth management practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4 years underwriting experience in life, term, disability, LTC.
• 4+ years in financial services/wealth management.
• Licensed in Life and Health Insurance.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• Proficient with Outlook and Google Calendar.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with HNW clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the insurance department for the firm.
• Communicate with HNW clients.
• Review and process insurance applications from entry to policy delivery.
• Coordinate medical, nonmedical data for underwriting.
• Provide operational support: meeting/file prep, run illustrations, case notes, e-filing.
• Policy owner service and client aggregation.
• Data entry with accuracy and adherence to compliance regulations.
• Maintain client data and case files.
