Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is expanding its remote sales team and seeking motivated individuals to build a career in insurance. We provide access to leads, training, mentorship, and licensing support as you work remotely with clients who have shown interest in insurance options.

No prior insurance experience is required, and you will benefit from licensing assistance, ongoing training, and growth opportunities in a fully remote setting. Compensation is commission-based through 1099 contracting.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance experience not required.
• Willing to learn and follow a proven process.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients and leads
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations
• Learn about each client’s goals and coverage needs
• Explain available insurance options in a clear and professional manner
• Help clients complete applications
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the application process
• Participate in sales, product, and professional development training
