Job summary

Truist Wealth seeks an experienced CRE Insurance professional to lead and mentor the Insurance Analysts, ensuring compliance with lender guidelines and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing waivers, renewals, and force-placed insurance while coordinating with lenders and third-party vendors.

The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and a proven track record in commercial property insurance. Travel may be required as part of portfolio oversight.

Qualifications

Experience with commercial property insurance
Ability to read/interpret insurance policies
Understanding of loan documents and third-party reports
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FNMA/FHLMC/FHA)

Responsibilities

Oversee insurance waiver requests, blanket and flood analyses
Lead and mentor Insurance Analysts on processes and compliance
Review premium disbursements and audits for the Insurance Team
Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and vendors to resolve insurance issues
Monitor and enforce policy compliance and data accuracy in systems
