The role emphasizes advanced process simulation, Lean/Six Sigma, and senior-level stakeholder engagement, enabling impactful improvements from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering focusing on operations analysis, process optimization, and strategic planning.
• Experience leading complex projects and remote team leadership.
• Expertise in simulation software Arena and AnyLogic and advanced statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems and remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic industrial engineering initiatives to optimize global operations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex production and logistical systems, identifying opportunities for significant improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Develop advanced simulation models to test and validate proposed operational changes and system designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of industrial engineers and analysts in a remote setting.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional leaders to define operational strategies and roadmaps.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to executive stakeholders using clear and compelling data visualizations.
• Establish and maintain best practices for industrial engineering methodologies and tools across the organization.
• Oversee the successful execution of large-scale operational improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management and industrial engineering.
• Develop and refine performance metrics to effectively track and report on operational improvements.
