Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive industrial engineering experience with a focus on supply chain and logistics.
• Proven expertise in design, network optimization, inventory control, and transportation management.
• Experience leading complex supply chain projects from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management, especially in a remote team environment.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement optimal supply chain strategies including network design.
• Analyze logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Lead implementation of WMS and TMS integrations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales, plus suppliers and carriers.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Oversee inventory management to minimize holding costs.
• Develop and refine demand forecasting models.
• Mentor a team of industrial engineers and supply chain specialists.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
