Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Operations Specialist to join a growing manufacturing firm. The role focuses on coordinating daily operations, supply chain activities, and inventory management across a fully remote team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in operations or supply chain, with strong ERP and MS Office skills, and excellent communication for remote work. This position offers flexibility and autonomy in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operations or supply chain role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or overstock situations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular operational reports highlighting KPIs and status.
