Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma with measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Experience with value stream mapping and Kaizen events.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in workflow and layout.
• Conduct value stream mapping to optimize material and information flow.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and other continuous improvement workshops.
• Develop and implement standard work procedures and visual management tools.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and root causes.
• Train and mentor employees on Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure impact of improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
• Document best practices and share knowledge across the organization.
