Job summary

Vibehackers is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate AI agents and automation pipelines within a business domain. You will partner with domain leaders and the central AI team to productionize patterns and scale assets across the company.

You will report to the AI & Automation team, map opportunities, and deliver agentic workflows into production with strong observability, security, and KPI-focused outcomes. Remote role within the USA.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with LLMs, agent behavior, and RAG workflows.
• Comfortable with cloud platforms and security guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Map workflows to identify 10–100x improvements in throughput, coverage, or speed.
• Build the business case, quantify impact, and align priorities with domain leadership.
• Design future-state workflows and data flows across systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, document stores, external SaaS).
• Define agent vs. human responsibilities and design human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Stand up agents and automation pipelines using approved AI platforms and frameworks.
• Integrate agents with business systems via APIs, webhooks, and skills while following security guardrails.
• Configure prompts, retrieval, context, and training for reliable production performance.
• Operate agents in production and monitor KPIs (throughput, quality, cost, cycle time).
• Build and manage evals; update models or workflows as needed.
