Job summary

Natera is seeking a Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer to design, build, and run AI-driven workflows in production, leveraging automation and agents to dramatically increase throughput. You will collaborate with domain leadership, map data flows, and ensure reliable integration across systems while maintaining security and governance.

You’ll own end-to-end agent performance, evaluate new models and workflows, and iterate to continuously improve business outcomes, working within a remote-capable

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python.
• Working knowledge of LLM and agent behavior — prompting, context, tool use, RAG, evals, failure modes.
• Be very comfortable with a cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify levers in your domain to increase throughput and speed using AI agents and automation.
• Design future-state workflows including data flows, context, and hand-offs between agents and humans.
• Build and connect automation pipelines, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure secure, scalable operation.
