Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Founding AI Forward Deployed Engineer based in the United States. This role deploys production-grade agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments, owning strategic deployments end-to-end from discovery to expansion.

You will lead technical deployments, build multi-turn AI agents, and drive integration with CRM, health-care, ticketing systems, and custom APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of customer-facing technical experience in forward-deployed engineering or solutions architecture.
• Hands-on software engineering and production code deployment.
• Experience with LLMs in production, including retrieval-augmented generation and agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployments from discovery to production launch and ROI validation.
• Analyze customer workflows to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Build production-grade multi-turn AI agent workflows and integration points.
• Implement guardrails and compliance controls for sensitive environments.
• Design and deploy evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
