Job summary

Natera is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer to design, build, and run AI-driven workflows across business domains. You’ll deploy automation patterns that can run 10–100x faster than manual processes, integrating with CRM, ERP, ticketing, and other systems.

You will work with the AI & Automation team, collaborating with domain leadership to prioritize impactful opportunities, and ensure production readiness with robust observability and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs and webhooks; strong scripting ability in Python and SQL.
• Working knowledge of LLM and agent behavior including prompting, context, tool use, and evals.
• Comfortable with cloud platforms and elevated access controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end agent performance: throughput, quality, cost, cycle time, adoption.
• Design and implement production-grade automation using AI agents and integration patterns.
• Triage failures, tune prompts and context, and iterate on workflows for reliability.
