Job summary

Reflection is seeking a Technical Lead to scale the Forward Deployed Engineering function within the AI Solutions team. You will own the end-to-end technical strategy, execution, and delivery of complex agentic applications from discovery to production deployment.

Collaborate with Deployment Strategists, Sales, and researchers to architect solutions, deploy across hybrid environments, and evolve playbooks and standards while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-grade systems in Python and Typescript.
• Experience deploying enterprise software in cloud or hybrid environments with modern DevOps practices.
• 6+ years of software engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership capacity delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions.
• Customer-facing experience, understanding user needs and architecting solutions for real business problems.
• Self-starter with high agency in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Deployment Strategists and Sales to architect solutions for enterprise customers.
• Architect and build complex agentic systems with state-of-the-art models and enterprise integration.
• Collaborate with research teams to fine-tune models for customer needs and contribute to internal codebase for inference and evaluation.
• Own end-to-end deployments across hybrid environments (public cloud, VPC, on-premises) with production-grade reliability.
• Shape and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering organization by defining playbooks, best practices, and mentorship.
