Job summary

Rackspace Technology seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to be embedded with enterprise customers, architecting and delivering high-impact AI solutions. You will own the full lifecycle from discovery to production, combining engineering rigor with business acumen and customer empathy.

You will work with on-site and remote teams, leveraging best-in-class AI platforms, data pipelines, and multi-agent workflows to drive measurable business value and scalable edge cases across industries.

Qualifications

• Must be Palantir certified.
• 10+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML delivery with 4+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record deploying AI/ML apps at enterprise scale.
• Deep full-stack proficiency: Python (required), Node.js/Go, React/Vue, SQL/NoSQL.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose business challenges, map data landscapes, and co-design AI solutions on-site.
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of agentic AI workflows, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and real-time decision apps.
• Drive rapid prototyping and POCs that show tangible business value within days to weeks.
• Serve as the primary technical owner across scoping, architecture, build, deployment and post-launch optimization.
