Job summary

ABB is seeking a Service Team Leader to drive field operations and serve as the on-site ABB representative to customers. This remote role requires the candidate to reside in Texas, Louisiana, or Missouri, with 60–80% travel across multiple states.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 9+ years in a support or field engineering role.
• Experience with electrical controls and power delivery systems including switchgear and transformers.
• Ability and willingness to travel 60–80% across specified states.
• Candidates must already have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site ABB representative to customers.
• Preserve ABB safety culture in field operations.
• Coordinate internal field service activities.
• Assist customers with spare parts ordering and issue resolution.
• Perform duties related to EHS, Quality, and Integrity.
• Work with Power Delivery, MV/LV switchgear, relays, transformers, control systems, etc.
