Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician based in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area. The role is remote from a home office with daily travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays; a company vehicle is provided.

You will deliver on-site support including emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventive maintenance to keep UPS systems, batteries, and power distribution running reliably in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED per requirements.
• 2+ years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Background checks and drug screenings may be required.
• Daily travel to customer sites in Eaton-provided fleet vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site support with emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance.
• Travel to customer sites daily in the greater Pittsburgh area; occasional overnight stays.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality of service on all field assignments.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support customers beyond the immediate region as needed.
